Lesson Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies to all lessons:

Lessons canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time are not eligible for a refund.

Clients who purchase lesson packages will forfeit the lesson credit for any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson.

If a client is more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the lesson will be considered a no-show and may be canceled at the instructor's discretion.

For late cancellations or no-shows, the full lesson fee will be charged to the card on file.

Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
By booking a lesson, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
